Coordinators
Coordinators are the "front line" of APCare. They're the person
clients speak to when they ring APCare to discuss their care needs
and make a job booking. So it makes perfect sense that APCare have
recruited real "people people" into the Coordinator roles.
Coordinators build relationships with
each client and get to know the 'ins and outs' of how each person
wants their care and support services to function. Coordinators
match the right staff to the right job. This means that they understand
the implications and complexities of people requiring a range of
care and are well equipped to make determinations on which staff
members have the right skills, training, cultural sensitivity and
other aptitudes that make them "just
right" for each care contract.
Our Coordinators are Barbara Souter, Danielle Laubscher, Gail Cook, Chris Munro, Catherine Murphy.
Nursing Staff
APCare employs a variety of nurses who can perform a variety of
nursing care roles. Nurses can deliver in-home one-to-one services
or provide a program of supervision, support and mentoring for
Carers who have been trained and/or accredited in various procedures.
