We value client privacy. We comply with the Commonwealth Privacy Act’s provisions, not because we have to, but because we want to. We keep all our sensitive client info in a secure storage facility. We don’t sell or license any data to third parties for any purpose. It’s our promise to you that any staff member we send to your home carries out their duties in the strictest confidence. Our comprehensive Work Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and procedures include extensive training, a WH&S Committee that meets regularly, as well as safety representatives and regular workplace audits. All staff have to supply a criminal history check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working With Children Check (renewed when required), and all vehicles used for work undergo a quarterly assessment. We always welcome feedback from our clients, whether it’s part of our annual quality improvement processes, or done informally via email or phone.
